PADDLE CARE
Storage:
Always keep your paddle in a dry environment. Preferably indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. It is best not to leave your paddle in a vehicle, hot and cold temperatures can and will damage your paddle over time.
Paddle Face and Edgeguard Cleaning:
Always wipe down your Bread and Butter Pickleball paddle after play. To clean your edge guard, wipe it down with a damp cloth.
To clean your paddle face, you can use one of our paddle erasers for a quick, spot clean, or a slightly damp cloth for a more thorough wipe down.
Please note that the graphics on your paddle will begin to fade a bit with time. Don't worry; this means you are out there getting after it! It's a sign of progress and experience.
Grip Care:
Always wipe down your grip after play. Sweat, grit, and oils from your hands will always build up. If you clean it after every round it will last longer. Please note that the high-quality grips that come with your paddle aren't your only option. Feel free to overwrap your grip with any wrap you feel comfortable with. There are many to choose from and an overgrip will protect your original factory-installed grip.

For orders placed on asia.bnbpickleball.com, we offer a 30-day "Love it or Return it" policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your paddle(s), you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. While we may ask for feedback regarding your purchase, please note this is solely to help us improve our products and will not affect your return.
Shipping and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, duties, taxes, as well as the original shipping, duties and taxes.
** Unfortunately, we're currently unable to process exchanges of Loco paddles for other shapes or colors due to inventory limitations. However, you're welcome to return the paddle in like-new condition for a refund and place a new order for the Loco model of your choice. To stay eligible for a 30 day return, please note the following guidelines regarding product modifications:
Allowed Modifications:
- Lead tape
- Edge guard tape
- Overgrips (without removing the original factory grip)
Modifications that will void the 30-day return policy:
- Removal of the original factory grip
- Altering or removing the butt cap
- Any modifications to the handle, including the use of PU inserts
For all other items (such as balls, apparel, etc.), they must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return and must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we'll assume you're loving your new paddles and are crushing it on the courts. But in case you encounter some workmanship or manufacturing issues, Bread & Butter warrants the paddles to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY when purchased from our website. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.
There will be a $25 service charge for a replacement. Replacements will ship after return is received.
This warranty is VOID for the following conditions:
Normal wear and tear (Fading of graphics. Scuff marks.)
Damage through improper usage (striking the ground, other paddles, or anything other than a pickleball). Negligence, acts of nature, or accident.
Used in commercial applications or rentals.
Modifications or repairs made to your paddle. (Including Slyce Caps)
Purchased from a non-authorized Bread & Butter dealer.
Purchased paddle in used condition.
Not being the original purchaser.
The paddle was won in a promotion or in a competition.
Paddles that were not registered when purchased from a 3rd Party.

The standard widebody Loco has been an amazing upgrade for me! I immediately saw a step change improvement in the consistency of my drives and serves, but can still hit soft shots when I need to. I played 2+ nights a week all summer and the paddle and grit are holding up great. It hits great out of the box, but I did end up adding some weight on the sides. I'm really digging the neon over grip to match the accents on the azul paddle :)

The Loco does really live up to the hype. Buttery feel when you need it, great pop when you need it, and I love the sound that huge sweet spot makes!
This is one powerful paddle! And I'm so glad I got it for a discount. I would have preferred the Hybrid version but that didn't come with a free paddle cover. :( It came in a very cool packaging & with a few freebies.
Good paddle for playing pickleball.
Finally received my new paddle and got to use it once! Overall, I’m happy with it and excited to use it more. Hopefully, I’ll get used to it soon and learn how to adjust my playing style with my new paddle. My only concern was the packaging. When I received it, the cardboard packaging wasn’t very secure and was already slightly deformed. There was also only a small amount of bubble wrap around the paddle. Thankfully, the paddle itself arrived safely with no major damage. There was also a small issue where some of the print from the cardboard sleeve transferred onto the paddle face. Hopefully, it can be cleaned off easily. Other than that, everything looks good! 🏓💙
Like the pop! Easy to maneuver
Great paddle. Switched from a hybrid to a standard and it’s been a very easy transition. Would recommend this paddle to any intermediate or advanced player. Wouldn’t say it’s a good beginner paddle, as it can sometimes play very aggressive.
So far I haven’t played any actual games with the paddle but during practice I’ve come to like it. It’s powerful for a standard paddle so getting use to its power is key. It has a nice gritty surface and the overall quality and build of the paddle so far seems great. I love the design and I truly hope that you getting bought out by Selkirk doesn’t diminish the niche vibrancy of your brand.

Very disappointing experience with Bread & Butter. I ordered a LOCO on August 21 for over $200 USD. It’s now September 3 and the carrier says they are STILL waiting for Bread & Butter to hand over the package. Delivery is now estimated as late as September 15. Customer service takes days to reply and blamed the delay on the carrier being closed on August 31,one day obviously doesn’t explain weeks of delay. At this point, I’m wondering whether the paddle was actually in stock in the US at all, or if they are waiting for stock to arrive from China before shipping it to customers. Whatever the reason, just be transparent. For a $200+ premium paddle, the lack of communication, slow service and questionable explanation are unacceptable. Terrible customer service with absolutely zero accountability as well !
I ordered a Loco paddle, in Azul, on August 12th. The paddle arrived a few days later. I played my first game with it the next day. The first thing I noticed was that the handle tape was much thinner then the tape on my previous Bread & Butter paddle. Within 3 games the handle tape on the Loco started to "shift". I have attempted to contact Bread & Butter directly on 4 different occasions only to be directed to leave a message and promised that "Someone" would contact me.... To date.... no Someone, from Bread & Butter has reached out to me..... This is my second paddle from Bread & Butter. The Loco paddle itself seems well made and fits my game... however, the handle wrap is a total mistake, in my opinion, and I remain hopeful that a workable solution can be reached as soon as the "Someone" from Bread & Butter contacts me...... I'm still waiting...... and hoping that "Someone" at Bread and Butter actually reads these reviews.....

Where do I begin? I got my paddle a week and a 1 late before my tournament. And I was a little bummed out it sat on the porch for a week and a 1 hoping there was no porch pirates. Because I live in Florida but come to find out it was still there. I picked it up 3 days ago and been waiting to play ever since today. I played holy Moly guacamole. This paddle is the epitome of me. Not only am I called vato loco, but this paddle is exactly what it says loco a k a crazy the spin I get off.This paddle is next to nothing.The pop is through the roof and when I wanna dink the ball like a featherweight, it does the job.I absolutely love my standard model.Sixteen millimeter, loco, paddle, I ask anybody if they wanna bring the smoke!!!!!! I will only play with this paddle. From here on out hands down, I have heard about the elongated and the hybrid. But this standard paddle big kudos to bread-and-butter for making the best paddle on the market. They said it was paddle of the year last year, but I think it's paddle of the year this year, and next year looks performance. And downright BADAZZ!!!!! THANKS GUYS ...now let's talk about me being your LAST BRAND AMBASSADOR, takes one to love something to really go hard for it..AND I AM HIM!!!! JOE

Great out of the box. You can start playing with your Loco without any changes. I chose to add some weights for personal customization. Love the feel, the look, the responsiveness, and the extensive sweet spot. I can’t stop playing with it. Let’s just see how durable and how long my Loco will last. I just hope bread and butter paddles will only improve post Selkirk acquisition.
I absolutely love the Loco paddle from Bread & Butter!!! I was lucky enough to have a friend bring a demo Loco to a womens’ doubles game on a Sunday afternoon. The next day, my partner and I were leaving for Naples for the US Open. I was able to take the demo with me and I used it in each of our four matches in the 3.0 65-69 women’s doubles to win GOLD 🥇🥇!!!! I’m getting another one!!!!! I have 119 paddles and the Loco is easily top 3. I’ve been buying/collecting paddles since 2012 and I know I have a problem, but it’s fun! The Loco has a lot to offer for any type of player, wonderful control, beautiful feel, and very forgiving. Even mis-hits seem to be manageable and bad hits can easily be powered through. I will be ordering another for a backup. I know I have enough, but I only want to play with the Loco for the foreseeable future…. It’s that good and it has become a tool for me, not just a paddle!

The B&B Loco Standard is an absolute gem of a paddle. It has a huge sweet spot. It is gritty and generates copious amounts of spin. The power is awesome. Resets and dinking are predictable. It is stable. The Loco looks awesome and is built to high quality standards. As a bonus, it sounds super cool on every hit. Thank you for designing and building an amazing paddle!

This is my second standard Loco. When the Azul became available, I sold my original to a friend. I love the combination of power, spin, and control I get. I’ll probably try a hybrid next.
To start this off I had Previously used the enhance wide body paddle which had more of a gen 3 Feel. I was inconsistent with a few of my shots from the base line and at the net. one of my friends let me use their paddle which was the wide body Bread and Butter Loco. Instantly it took about 2 games to get the feel but pretty quickly the paddle felt natural in my hands not too heavy or light I felt strong with it and made me play a little more consistent which is always the goal. So overall Even though I have only played with it for a little more than 2 sessions it feels as good as ever more comfortable paddle that I have ever used and I can't wait to see what Bread and Butter comes out with next!
Love this paddle. Great control and my 3rd shot drives and drops insanely improved. Serves are slightly more on point for me as well. Just feel like it fits my game and how I play.

Love my new Loco. So much so, I just ordered another. I went standard shape. Huge sweet spot, great for resets, nice power. I was concerned about moving to a foam core, I like the honeycomb feel. But the feel of this paddle was perfect for me. Can't wait for my 2nd paddle to get here. Excellent paddle y'all, thank you.
Great experience! The paddle arrived sooner than I expected. The packaging is extremely cool. The sweet spot on the paddle is a lot bigger and better than I’m used to, which is great I’m very pleased!
Received this as a replacement from my previous one that had a cosmetic issue. Love the fast response and action from this company to send me a new one although I got a different color from my first one. The loco is still my favorite paddle and would definitely buy again from this company just for the customer service alone.
